Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi z\u00e1jemci o hypot\u00e9ku jsou lid\u00e9 z vesnic, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed rozestav\u011bn\u00fd d\u016fm a chyb\u00ed jim pen\u00edze na jeho dostav\u011bn\u00ed. Potom je velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem o p\u016fj\u010dku na modernizaci domu \u010di bytu. Pen\u00edze na byt si lid\u00e9 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nep\u016fj\u010duj\u00ed, proto\u017ee byty se prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch m\u011bstech, kde je \u010d\u00e1stka 1,2 milionu korun na byt naprosto nedosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed.
